2. AI Voice Assistants — Data Processing

Call Recording

Calls are only recorded with explicit verbal consent, obtained at the start of each conversation. You can stop recording at any time by pressing 9 or saying "stop recording".

Transcription

Recorded conversations are automatically transcribed. Transcripts are encrypted and automatically deleted after 90 days.

AI Processing

Conversation content is processed by AI models (Claude by Anthropic) to understand intent and generate appropriate responses. Your data is NOT used to train AI models.

3. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 12-23)

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

Data Export

You can request a complete export of your data via Settings → Privacy → "Export Data" at any time.
