These Terms of Service govern the use of the VOXA platform provided by VOXA AI GmbH (in formation), Berlin, Germany.

2. Service Description

VOXA provides an AI-powered platform for voice assistants, CRM, campaign management, and workflow automation as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

3. AI Usage and Liability

VOXA uses AI models that may produce errors. The provider assumes no liability for the accuracy of AI-generated responses. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before communicating it to third parties.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is available on the website. Billing is monthly or annually in advance via Stripe or Paymob.

5. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
